At Worldwide Menus, we offer delivery of our products to most destinations worldwide.
Shipping costs depend on order quantity, weight, dimensions and delivery destination, and will be added to the total order cost.
In most cases, shipping takes 2-3 weeks from confirmation of order. We hold extensive in-house stock and offer rapid turnaround on orders, but in the event that an order requires materials not currently in stock, there may be a slight delay in order completion.
Shipping on any returned goods must be paid for by the customer, except in the event of faulty or damaged goods, in which case Please Call or Email to report Faults.
All orders will have online tracking available. Customers will be notified when an order gets dispatched.
If good are received in an unsatisfactory condition, customers must notify Worldwide Menus and our shipping partner (DPD Local) within 3 working days of delivery date.
